Bulldogs Wrap Up Mimosa Hills Intercollegiate in 11th Place

Citadel freshman Eraina Manor fired a two-day score of 162 (+18) and finished in a four-way tie for 33rd at the Mimosa Hills Intercollegiate held at Mimosa Hills Golf & Country Club.

Manor recorded rounds of 83 and 79 to finish alongside Southern Conference competitors Shelby Winters (Wofford) and Rumbidzi Masamvu (Appalachian State).

The Citadel posted a 699 (+123) to complete the tournament 11th out of 12 participating teams. Appalachian State, the host team for the tournament, captured first place with a 610 (+34), while Winthrop (620, +44) edged Jacksonville State (629, +53) and Wofford (629, +53) who tied for third place.

TaKima Butler (94-82—176) notched a +32 to place 57th while Kellie Anderson (84-93—177) finished with a +33, one shot behind her Bulldog teammate.

Hollie Salvo (94-86—184; +40), McKenzie Duncan (94-93—187; +43) and Amelia Goodwin (100-97—197; +53) completed The Citadel scorecard.

Winthrop's Megan Wallace (75-71—146) took home individual honors after posting a two-over-par, slightly edging Yue Xu (Appalachian State) who fired a 148 (+4).

The Dogs complete their season on April 14 when the team heads to Hilton Head, S.C., to compete in the Southern Conference Tournament.
