JUNIOR (2011-12): Finished the season with a record of 28-4, posting nine decisions, three major decisions, and 14 falls … Southern Conference heavyweight champion … came up one victory shy of All-American status at the NCAA Championships,  winning his first two bouts before falling to No. 1 ranked Ryan Flores (American) and No. 7 ranked Jeremy Johnson (Ohio) … named to the all-conference team … honored as The Citadel’s Male Athlete of the Year … took the crown at the Davidson Open and All-Academy Championships.

REDSHIRTED (2010-11): Redshirted while recording a record of 6-5 at heavyweight … recorded four pins and a major decision … finished in second place at the Penn State Open after going 4-1 with three pins and a major decision … also participated in the Hokie Open and Southern Scuffle where he wrestled three nationally ranked opponents.

SOPHOMORE (2009-10): Started at 197 pound weight class and moved up to heavyweight … finished with an overall record 29-13 … most wins on the team and fifth most in the SoCon … led the team and the SoCon with 15 pins … went 8-7 in dual action and 2-3 in SoCon duals … collected a major decision … won the heavyweight title at the SoCon Championships … advanced to the NCAA Championships for the second consecutive season … won heavyweight title at All-Academy Championships … won NC State Open title at 197-pounds … took third place at the Michigan State Open … placed fifth at the Penn State Open … named SoCon Wrestler of the Week on Dec. 9.
