2010: Competed and started in 20 contests… earned lone shot of the season, on goal, against Samford (11/5) during the semifinal round of the SoCon Championship tournament… earned a selection to the Air Force Academy Fall Classic All-Tournament team for her defensive efforts against the Air Force (9/3) and Northern Colorado (9/5)… for her efforts in the classroom she earned CoSIDA ESPN Academic All-District 3 Third Team honors, was selected to the 2010 National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Scholar All-South Region team with honorable mention honors, was a recipient of the Coleman Lew Leadership Award, and earned SoCon Fall Academic All-Conference honors.

2009: Played in all 19 games... registered four assists and five shots... her three assists against Alabama State (8/30) is tied for most in school history... also registered an assist in the 4-2 win against SC State (9/1).

2008: Played in 13 games during her freshman debut.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Basehor-Linwood High School… lettered four years in soccer and two years in track... received honors for the All-NEKSL league in 2006... first team all-league Kaw Valley in 2007... second team all-league Kaw Valley in 2008… second team All-State from 2006 through 2008... coached  by Kevin Vincent.

Personal: Born Nov. 9, 1989… daughter of Kenneth and Dana Couch… majoring in health, exercise and sport science.
