Charleston, S.C. – The Citadel soccer team will host their first two matches of the season this weekend on Washington Light Infantry Field. The Bulldogs will take on Coastal Carolina on Friday at 4 p.m., before welcoming Northern Iowa on Sunday at noon.

The Citadel vs. Coastal Carolina – Friday, Sept. 7 at 4 p.m.

Garcia and Aponte Look to Rewrite the Record Books:
Mariana Garcia and Vanessa Aponte already hold a few Bulldog records through just two seasons, but the duo are on the cusp of breaking a few more program marks this season…

The tandem also ranks fourth and fifth, respectively, among active players in the conference in career shots. Garcia ranks second among active players in game-winning goals with nine, four shy of Furman’s Martha Hall.
