CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel co-ed rifle team won its second straight match Saturday at the Inouye Marksmanship Center.
"We shot a solid score that was down from last week but still good," head coach William Smith said. "We are at the end of the first half of what is looking to be our best season with higher individual and team scores. I'm looking forward to carrying this momentum into next semester."
The Bulldogs' co-ed team scored 4,493 points to take top honors, and The Citadel women's team finished second with a season-high score of 4,326, the team's seventh season-best score in as many matches this season.
