Please click the links below to access step-by-step visual instructions on how to set up, access and utilize all of the new ticketing features, including adding tickets to your wallet and transferring your tickets to anyone by using their cell phone number.
The Citadel Athletics Department has moved to mobile ticketing for all ticketed athletics events. This is being done to provide more freedom and convenience for fans and alumni. The My Account portal provides fans with an easy way to manage tickets and includes an additional level of security, guarding against fraudulent and counterfeit tickets.
Below you will find FAQs (Frequently Asked Questions).
- All tickets (season, mini plans, group and single game) will be distributed via mobile delivery
- Season ticket holders may request physical tickets when placing their order, however there will be an additional charge
- Print-At-Home (PDFs) tickets will remain available should fans prefer a physical ticket option

Flexibility
Real-time changes on event dates and times are reflected immediately on digital tickets. Mobile tickets also allow guest to manage their tickets from their mobile phone with the Ticket Return account manager.
Ease of Use
Through your online account, you will always have your tickets on you. You may download, transfer or print game tickets. It also adds a layer of security, guarding against the production of fraudulent and counterfeit tickets.
Prior to arriving to the event, please note the following ways to speed up your gameday entry
- Access your tickets through your online account at least 24 hours prior to the event.
- Download and save your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay.
- Make sure your phone is fully charged.
- Have your ticket(s) ready to be scanned before entering the venue.
It is recommended to send each guest their own individual ticket if your party is planning to arrive separately.
The box office at Johnson Hagood Stadium will remain open on gamedays to accommodate day-of-sales for football.
The box office at McAlister Field House will also remain open on gamedays to accommodate day-of-sales for basketball.
The box office at Riley Park will also remain open on gamedays to accommodate day-of-sales for baseball.
Once fans have purchased their tickets, they will receive a text message with a link to access their tickets. If a fan does not have a smartphone, they should make the box office attendant aware to make secondary accommodations.
You can print off your tickets from your mobile account. Those will be accepted as well as the digital tickets.
All of The Citadel Athletics tickets are digital. This means your phone will be your ticket.
Please login to your account manager here: https://www.ticketreturn.com/stage2/client.asp?ClientID=1362 and your tickets will be under the “My tickets” tab. Your season tickets will be accessible here after the release date.
We encourage you to tap on “Add to Apple Wallet”, “Save to Google Pay”, “Save to Passbook”, whatever language your device uses, to save the ticket in your smartphone’s wallet for later use and easy access when you arrive at the stadium. Screenshots of your barcode will NOT get you in.
All of The Citadel Athletics tickets are digital. This means your phone will be your ticket.
The below actions must take place on your smartphone for tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.com.
- Visit Ticketreturn.com using your mobile internet browser.
- Sign in to your Ticketreturn account, then tap on My tickets to locate your order.
- Tap your event to view your tickets. At entry, show your phone to get scanned, and you’re in!
- If you wish to transfer a ticket, you can do so here as well by tapping transfer.
We encourage you to tap on “Save to Phone”, “Add to Apple Wallet”, “Save to Google Pay”, “Save to Passbook”, whatever language your device uses, to save the ticket in your smartphone’s wallet for later use and easy access when you arrive at the stadium.
Screenshots of your barcode will NOT get you in. TicketReturn uses an encrypted barcode that automatically refreshes every few seconds.
Tickets transferred to you either come by text message or via e-mail. Once you've received the text or e-mail, click the link and the ticket will appear on the screen.

If, at any time, you have purchased tickets from The Citadel Athletics Ticket Office, you do already have an account in our ticketing system.
- Fans accessing accounts online for the first time can search for accounts by email when purchasing game tickets.

- If you do not know your password, click “Forgot Password” to have a temporary one emailed to you.

Visit the box office at the venue for assistance on gameday.
- Visit any of the ticket windows at Johnson Hagood Stadium on gameday for assistance.
- The ticket office on basketball gamedays is located inside McAlister Field House.
- The ticket office on baseball gamedays is located along the 3rd base side of Riley Park.
Yes, you can swipe through your available tickets at the venue if the entire party is present. For easier entry, it is recommended to send each attendee their own individual ticket. Click here to view a step by step guide to transferring tickets.
