Final Results
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Citadel golf team had three finish in the top 35 as the Bulldogs wrapped up play at the Benbow Invitational on Tuesday evening, finishing eighth in the nine-team tournament.

The Bulldogs were led in round one by Andrea Hoos, as the freshman fired a team-best 87 to finish day one in 28th place. Cameron Little followed close behind, finishing tied for 29th with an 88. Senior Renata Sucha sat tied for 31st following the first 18 holes.

After shooting an 89 on the first day Sucha fired an 82 in the final round, moving up nine spots on the final day of competition to lead the Bulldogs with a 22nd place finish. Marina Grimal also had a strong second day, finishing with an 82 to tie for 32nd. Little, who finished with a 181 over the two-day tournament, followed close behind as she tied for 34th.

Hoos finished with a two-round score of 183 to tie for 37th and Laura Simpson rounded out the scoring for The Citadel with a 52nd place finish.

The Bulldogs will be back in action on March 16 as they host Navy at Patriots Point. The dual match is set to tee off at 1:30 p.m. Complete results will be available following the end of competition at CitadelSports.com.
