Head Coach Jody Huddleston and The Citadel Athletic Department announces the signing of Amanda Rawl to a National Letter-of-Intent.

Rawl from Belton-Honea Path High School signed with The Citadel's Track and Cross Country team during the early signing period. This marks the first time in Bulldog history that the Track team has inked an athlete, male or female, during the early signing period.

Rawl finished 11th in the 3A State Championships held in Columbia. Along with her All-State honors, she is a member of the National Honor Society and Student Class President.

"Most of our recruits like to wait and see how their senior track season goes," stated Huddleston. "Rawl had a good cross country season and was ready to make her decision."
