Knoxville, TN - The Citadel Bulldogs opened the season this past Friday afternoon with a 5-2 loss to the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles at University of Tennessee's Goodfried Indoor Tennis Center.

The Bulldogs began the doubles matches, with wins by Stubbs/Williams and Medina/Tere, over Tennessee Tech. Later in singles play, The Citadel lost the first four matches, which proved costly, causing the Bulldogs to loose control against the Golden Eagles.
