Charleston, SC - Senior Robert Killian, accompanied by five other Bulldogs, will travel to Greenville, NC this weekend to participate in the NCAA District III cross country championships. The Citadel is one of approximately 60 teams participating in the event hosted by East Carolina at Overton's/Lake Kristi on Saturday, November 15. The men's 10K is slated to begin at am with the women's 6K start at 11 am.

"It is a good meet for us to see how we match-up with other teams in our region," remarked head coach Jody Huddleston. "The course, with rolling hills, fits our style a bit better than the Southern Conference route, but the men will have to run a 10 K, while the women will tack on one more kilometer to the usual 5K."

Junior Marc Quesenberry and freshmen Matthew Holmes and William Wilson will join Killian on the men's side, while the women will be represented by two freshmen, Clara Crossman and Laura Hewston.
