Greenville, NC- - The Citadel concluded its 2003 cross country campaign at the NCAA Southeast Regional Championships held at Lake Kristi November 17, while senior Robert Killian participated in his final cross country race as a Bulldog.

"Killian ran an extremely competitive race against some great competition, while matching his 6K time from last season," commented head coach Jody Huddleston. "Matt Holmes had a solid race and we look for good things from this young man in the future."

With a time of 32:52.8 and a 102-place finish, Killian broke into The Citadel's 10K Top-10 list. Freshman Matt Holmes found himself in the 158th spot crossing the finish line in 34:37.2. Junior Marc Quesenberry completed the 10K in 34:39.7, while freshman Will Wilson wrapped up The Citadel slate at 34:50.8.
