Charleston, SC - On the outside it appears that The Citadel Volleyball team ended their sixth season exactly the way they ended their last, 6-24 overall. Though, there are several differences between the two seasons. The most significant-one of this year's wins marked a first that will go down in history books for The Citadel volleyball program.

"They played well, they deserved the win and it was a great win for Desiree and Lindsey," head coach Wendy Anderson said about the history making win.

The Bulldogs celebrated Senior Day, November 8th by honoring senior setter Desiree Browning and senior middle blocker Lindsey Hodge, and by capturing their first Southern Conference win in six seasons of Citadel volleyball.
