Charleston, SC - The Citadel tennis team raised over $3,300 as well as a substantial amount of canned goods and other much needed items that will be used as relief for victims of Hurricane Katrina. The money has been sent to the Lifeline Foundation in Baton Rouge, LA. The goods that were collected will be hand delivered to the area by coach Toby Simpson.

The tennis team would like to extend a special thanks to everyone who donated money and goods to their relief effort.
