Charleston, S.C. - Head golf coach Lori Hatcher, announces the signing of Alanna- Jean Keith, as the first signee for the class of 2012.

Keith hales from San Antonio, Texas where as a senior she is the #1 golfer at the #1 5A school team, Reagan High School, competing in the #1 golf district in all of So. Texas. A 2X all-district selection, she played a big role in leading her school team to State Final 8 finishes in both her freshman & junior seasons. Also a dominant force in STPGA junior competition, Keith took 1st at La Cantera and 1st at 2 Texas Legends Jr Tour events this summer. A 6 handicap player, an average round for Keith this summer was 11 fairways, 12 greens in regulation, 33 putts, and 245 yd drives. With a career best round of 74 scored twice in 2007.
