Charleston, S.C. The Citadel football team completed another day of spring practice on Thursday at Johnson Hagood Stadium. The Bulldogs worked out for over two hours as they prepare for the Spring Game on March 17 and the 2007 season.
“We had an excellent scrimmage working on third-down situations,” head coach Kevin Higgins said. “We also worked a live blitz period where it was evident that our protection must improve.”
No injuries were reported during the session. The Bulldogs will hit the practice field once again on Friday at 4:15 p.m. at Johnson Hagood Stadium. Practice is open to the public and all attending should enter through the east side of the stadium.
