Charleston, S.C.- The Citadel soccer team returns home to host Presbyterian College tonight, 4 p.m. at W.L.I.
The Bulldogs (1-4-0) will look to earn their second win of the season while the Blue Hose (0-2-0) are still chasing their first win. This will be the first home contest for the Dogs since their 1-1 draw against Campbell on August 20.
This is the first meeting between the two teams as Presbyterian just made the climb from Division II to Division I and has joined the Big South Conference. Presbyterian has loses from Jacksonville and Stetson.
“We are really excited to return home after a five game road stint,” said head coach Bob Winch. “It is always good to play in front of your home crowd and at W.L.I.”
The Bulldogs will not return home until September 21 when they host USC Upstate.
