Orlando, Fla. - The Citadel Wrestling team fell to Indiana and Columbia on Saturday in the Disney Duals. Redshirt junior J.C. Oddo and sophomore Turtogtokh Luvsandorj continued their hot starts to the season as both grapplers picked up a pair of wins.
In the opening dual, Indiana (2-0) won the first eight matches en route to a 34-7 win. Five nationally ranked Hoosiers all won their duals. The Bulldogs won the last two matches as Luvsandorj downed Ross Powell, 13-8. Oddo wrapped up the dual with a 9-0 win over IU's Anthony Fretwell.
In the afternoon dual, Columbia (1-0) got out to a fast start, winning six of the first seven duals. Scott Edelson won via forfeit at 197 pounds in his first dual action of the year. The Citadel (1-5) won the final three matches to close the gap, but ultimately came up just short, 21-15.
Oddo improved to 8-1 on the season with a 9-2 win over Columbia's Stephen West. Meanwhile, Frazile earned a thrilling sudden victory over Jake O'Hara, 3-1, at 157 pounds. Luvsandorj improved his team-leading win total to 10 with a 4-3 win over the Lions' Eren Civan.
