Charleston, S.C. - The Citadel track and field team opens their 2010 outdoor season at the Battle of the Beaches on Saturday, March 6 in Conway, S.C. at the CCU Track.

The event will begin at 11 a.m. with the women's hammer and men's javelin and running events start at 12:30 p.m. with the women's and men's 4x800m relay. Coastal Carolina will serve as the host while UNC Wilmington and Slippery Rock will also participate in the meet.
