Individual Skills Camp
July 23 - 25
8:30 am - 5:00 pm
$200.00 day campers
Girls ages 13 - 18
This camp focus' on enhancing the fundamental skills of each individual camper to include: passing, setting, hitting, serving and blocking. Campers will be grouped based on age & skill level in order to provide everyone with a positive and challenging experience. Fees include a lunch each day, camp shirt, custom camp volleyball, and limited liability insurance. Let us help you elevate your game!
Beginner Skills Camp

8:30 am - 12:30 pm
$100.00 per camper
Girls ages 8 - 12
This is a half day camp that is geared toward teaching basic volleyball skills to kids with little or no experience. All drills will be run using a lighter ball (7 to 8 oz) and the net will be lowered to 7 feet. The sport of volleyball is growing rapidly and this camp aims to make it approachable and fun for younger kids. Fees include a camp shirt, custom camp volleyball, and limited liability insurance.

According to NCAA rules and regulations all camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants regardless of skill level (limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
About Coach Carolyn Geiger
Carolyn Geiger is entering her fifth season as head coach of The Citadel Volleyball program. Under her reign, the program has seen its greatest success both overall and within the Southern Conference. In her first three seasons, she recorded more wins than the program had previously earned in its history.
Through her camps, Geiger hopes to promote the sport of volleyball among the community and, as a result, gain support for a young program that is making great strides to becoming a contender in the Southern Conference.
Carolyn's camp staff is comprised of her assistant coaches, college players, and other college coaches from around the area. There will also be a professional athletic trainer available should a camper need immediate attention for injuries, etc.
Location
The Carolyn Geiger Volleyball Camps will be held in McAlister Field House, which is located on the campus of The Citadel.

Meals
Day campers will be provided lunch on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Half Day Campers will need to provide their own snack each day.
Registration
Registration will begin at 8:00 am on the first morning of the camp. Please be prepared to pay the remainder of the camp fee and bring all paperwork that has not been turned in, to include: Medical Consent, Physician's Certification or School Physical, and Release and Hold Harmless Agreement. Campers will not be allowed to participate without the proper forms.
What to Bring
Please come properly dressed for athletic competition to include volleyball shoes and kneepads. Your shoes should be broken-in to avoid blisters. We will have water coolers available, but we recommend bringing your own water bottle to use.
