Charleston, S.C. — The Citadel basketball team puts its two-game winning streak on the line Monday when it heads to Tennessee for a 7 p.m. contest at Thompson-Boling Arena.

The Citadel (2-2) is looking to snap a four-game road losing skid that dates back to last season's 68-65 setback at Presbyterian on Feb. 23. The Bulldogs are hoping to carry the momentum gained from a pair of recent home victories against Presbyterian and North Greenville into the fifth all-time meeting with the Vols.

Tennessee (1-1) is coming off a 74-65 victory over USC Upstate on Saturday, highlighted by Jeronne Maymon's 15-point, 11-rebound performance. The Vols rallied from a seven-point halftime deficit to even their record on the season following a 67-63 setback against Xavier on Nov. 12.

The game is being broadcast as part of the ESPN3 package with Randy Smith and Billy Justus providing the commentary. Fans can also follow all the action with Citadel play-by-play announcer Danny Reed on Fox Sports Radio 1450.
