DURHAM, N.C. – The Citadel wrestling team dropped a pair of duals on Sunday. The Bulldogs fell 21-15 to Bloomsburg and 30-10 to Duke. Both matches were contested inside Cameron Indoor Stadium.

How it Happened
- The Citadel got a pair of victories from Michael McAleavey and Jake Rotunda.
- Ben Haubert started the day with a 3-2 victory over Bruno Stolfi of Bloomsburg.
- McAleavey picked up his first decision of the day, a 12-7 victory.
- He would come back in the second match against Duke and get a takedown in overtime for the 3-1 win in sudden victory.
- Rotunda had a pair of one-point victories. He opened his day with a 5-4 decision against Bloomsburg.
- In one of the most exciting matches of the day, Rotunda jumped out to an early lead before finding himself trailing late in the match. In the final minutes, Rotunda got a reversal and then a four-point near fall for the 13-12 victory.
- Dazjon Casto came back in his second match of the day and got six takedowns on his way to a 14-5 major decision victory.
- Selwyn Porter picked up a victory in the first match, posting a 9-6 win.
- Cole Burke closed out the match against Bloomsburg with a 10-3 decision.
