Began his career at The Citadel with a sixth place finish in his heat of the 55m dash at the Diet Pepsi Invitational (1/27) with a time of 6.84... ran the 60m dash in 7.33 at the North Carolina Invitational (2/3)... topped his opening 200m dash time by 0.2 seconds, running 23.43 at the Clemson Invitational (2/10)... set a new personal record in the 200m dash at the Southern Conference Indoor Championships (2/17), running 23.00 as he finished third in his preliminary heat... began his outdoor season with a seventh-place finish in the 200m dash, running 22.38 at the SSU Eye Opener (3/3)... at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (3/10), ran 11.55 in the 100m dash to place 13th.

High School... Graduated from Camden Military Academy in 2006... lettered in football, basketball, track and soccer all four years... named Most Improved in basketball and Most Valuable in Offense in soccer.
