JUNIOR (2012): A member of the 4x400 relay team that posted the school’s first time under four minutes in the event when the quartet recorded a time of 3:57.75 at the indoor conference championship meet … followed up the performance with an outdoor school record time of 3:56.85 in the 4x400 at the Shamrock Invitational … shattered the school’s outdoor sprint medley relay time at the Raleigh Relays with a time of 4:06 … a member of the distance medley relay team that recorded a time of 12:41.23 at the Tiger Paw Invitational to earn the top spot in The Citadel record book … broke The Citadel’s outdoor 400 record at the Carolina’s Cup with a time of 57.20 … took first place in the 600 at the Captains Invitational with a time of 1:38.18 … a member of the 4x800 relay team that broke the school record at the Captains Invitational with a time of 9:40.74 … took first place as a member of the 4x400 relay team that ran a time of 4:04.97 at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational … posted a second place finish in the 800 at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational with a time of 2:14.61 … recorded an impressive time of 42.37 in the 300 at the Tiger Paw Invitational to move into second all-time … earned a seventh place finish at the indoor conference championship in the 800 with a time of 2:17.50 … posted a sixth place finish in the 400 at the Palmetto Classic with a time of 57.94 … recorded a personal-best outdoor time in the 800 at the Shamrock Invitational with a time of 2:13.05 to earn second place … closed out the season with an impressive fourth place finish in the 800 at the outdoor conference championship meet, recording a time of 2:12.74.

SOPHOMORE (2011): Finished in first place with a time of 10:04.96 in the 4x800 relay at the Captains Invitational … set a school record in 600 with a first-place time of 1:37.68 at the Captains Invitational … notched a first-place time of 2:14.78 in the 800 race at the Niswonger Invitational … established a new school record in the 500 race, taking sole possession of first place on The Citadel’s all-time list in the event with a time of 1:19.67 at the Tiger Paw Invitational … earned All-SoCon honor at Indoor Conference Championships, recording a third place finish and personal-best in the 800 race with a time of 2:12.79 … set a new school record in the mile run at the Palmetto Classic with a time of 5:15.23 … finished in third place in the 400 at the Duke Invitational with a time of 57.92 … garnered an All-SoCon honors at the SoCon Outdoor Championships for her participation in the 800 race with a third place finish of 2:13.52.

FRESHMAN (2010): Earned a selection on the SoCon All-Conference and All-Freshmen squad for the indoor and outdoor seasons … was the first athlete in school history to win a championship title in any running event … set a school record while winning the SoCon title in the 800 at the Indoor Championships, posting a time of 2:16.10 … posted a time of 2:13.25 in the 800 at the SoCon Outdoor Championships for a third-place finish … competed in the 800 at the Shamrock Invitational, finishing in 5th place with a time of 21:13.26 … ran for a third-place finish at the Military Track and Field Championships when she posted a time of 2:13.58 … finished second in the 600 at the Gene Anderson UNC Invitational with a time of 1:40.56 … logged a third-place finish in the 1000, posting a time of 2:58.95 at the Carolina Classic.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Chester Senior High School in Chester, S.C. … holds numerous records, received many awards and has competed in some of the nation’s most prestigious track and field events… letter winner in track and cross country and a four-year letterman in basketball … in cross country, she is a 2005 region 3-AAA upper state qualifier, 2005 Co-MVP, 2006-08 MVP, 2006 Summerfest 5k winner and 2006-08 3-AAA all-region team member… finished second with a time of 22:58 in the USATF South Carolina Association Junior Cross Country Championships … in track and field, she was a member of the 3-AAA all-region team from 2005-08 and holds Chester’s female records in the 800, 1600, 3200, and the 4x800 … is also the 2007 and 2008 South Carolina AAA State Champion in the 800 and placed first in the 800 and 1500 at the USATF from 2006-2008 … she competed in the 2008 Nike Outdoor Nationals-Emerging Elite Division placing 15th overall with a time of 2:17.52 … she also is the 2005-06 and 2007-08 Chester High School Female Athlete of the Year and Chester’s 2008 Homecoming Queen … was among the 10 finalists for the Wendy’s High School Heisman Award.
