SENIOR (2014-15): Posted the third-best stroke average (82.57) on the team after participating in 10 tournaments and 21-of-22 total rounds on the season … began the fall season by tying for 27th at the Great Smokies Intercollegiate after firing rounds of 76 and 83 en route to a 159 … emerged with her second round in the 70s in the fall (78) as she finished with a 159 at the Lady Bearcat Invitational … rebounded from difficult opening rounds at the Wendy’s Intercollegiate to close with a 79 on the third day in mid-September … opened the spring season by tying for 14th place at the Coastal Georgia Winter Invitational with scores of 81 and 90 … recovered with a third round 77 in the Edwin Watts/Kiawah Island Classic after scores of 89 and 84 to place 165th in the nation’s largest golf tournament … carded her best finish (fourth) at the Dayton Hilton Head Invitational in the one-round event that included Appalachian State, Dayton, Notre Dame College (Ohio) and The Citadel … closed out her career at The Citadel by finishing in a tie with ETSU’s Allyson Dunn for 37th at the Southern Conference Championships in Pooler, Ga. … tied her season-low (76) in the third round of the league championships.
JUNIOR (2013-14): Participated in all 12 tournaments for The Citadel during the 2013-14 campaign, posting a stroke average of 84.04 … earned a 40th place finish at the Terrier Intercollegiate in September following rounds of 86 and 90 … notched the third top 20 outing of her collegiate career, finishing in a tie for 18th, after rounds of 82 and 76 at the Savannah College of Art & Design Fall Invitational in October … tied for 16th place at the Hilton Head Invitational tri-match that featured Dayton and Appalachian State with a 91 … joined Erica Pellegrini as the only Citadel golfer to win a tournament as she fired a 79 to force a three-way tie for first with Dayton’s Mika Suntay and Maggie Prokop in a dual match on March 9 in Hilton Head ... wrapped up her season with the second-best scorecard of any Bulldog at the SoCon Championships, firing scores of 82, 81 and 83 (246) to finish in 28th place.
SOPHOMORE (2012-13): Played in four events during the fall season (13 rounds), posting a 82.00 stroke average … opened the season at the Terrier Intercollegiate when she carded a 172 (89-83) … followed with a score of 163 (83-80, +19) at the Great Smokies Intercollegiate, where she tied for 73rd … carded a season-low 237 (80-76-81, +21) at the South Carolina State Bulldog Invitational … tied for 67th place at the Wendy’s Invitational (Oct. 16) with a 38-over 254 (81-81-92) … completed the fall slate with a 240 (79-81-80, +24) at the Palmetto Intercollegiate … opened the spring season with her best career finish in a two-day event as she tied for 34th with a 167 (85, 82) at the Savannah College of Art & Design Invitational … fired a 94 at the Low Country Intercollegiate to tie for 68th … posted the second best score on the team (258) at the SoCon Championships following rounds of 86, 86 and 86 where she finished in 45th overall … capped off the season with an 83.96 stroke average in 24 rounds, most on the team.
FRESHMAN (2011-12): Competed the fall slate by participating in all five tournaments, firing a two-day total of 157 at the Great Smokies Intercollegiate on Sept. 20 … on her second day of action, at the Great Smokies Intercollegiate Anderson established a career-low 75 … completed the fall season with a score of 250 at the Palmetto Intercollegiate (Oct. 24), where she notched a 77 in the opening round … finished with a stroke average of 85 in 11 rounds of play … competed in four tournaments during the spring season, the most of any Citadel freshman … posted three scores in the 80s, including a pair of 88s at the Spider Invitational (March 10-11) … highest finish of the season was fourth place at the Hilton Head Invitational (March 4) where she hit an 89 … capped off the season with a three-day score of 263 (+47) at the SoCon Championships (April 15-17).
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Walter E. Stebbins High School … received four varsity letters as a member of the boys’ golf team … tabbed as Coaches Award winner on three separate occasions (2006, 2008, 2010) … named Academic Athlete every year from 2006-10 … played for coach Jim Beaver.
