2009-10: Served as a team captain... started at the 149-pound weight class, going 20-13 overall and 3-2 in SoCon action... racked up the most tech falls on the team and in the SoCon with seven to go along with three major decisions... went 9-4 in dual action... 20 wins were tied for third most on the team... placed second at the All-Academy Championships and took home third place at the SoCon Championships .
2008-09: Started at the 141-pound weight class and went 20-16 overall, 3-2 in SoCon action... registered three major decisions, four technical falls and a pin... took home third place at the All-Academy Championships.
2007-08: Wrestled at the 149-pound weight class for the Bulldogs... began the season with a second place finish at The Citadel Open... notched a 21-20 record for the year, going 7-8 in dual meet action... secured six major decisions and five falls... placed fourth in the Southern Conference Championships.
2006-07: Redshirted... notched a 2-6 record.
High School: Earned four letters as a member of the wrestling team at Woodruff High School... a three-time state champion at the A/AA levels in South Carolina... named South Carolina's Most Outstanding Wrestler at the A/AA divisions in 2006... received four letters in football and track.
Personal: Born April 22, 1988... son of Audrey Royster... graduated with business administration degree... now pursuing a master's degree in business administration in The Citadel Graduate College.
