JUNIOR (2015-16): Finished the season with a 14-16 record and a 7-8 dual record … went 3-4 in SoCon competition … started all 15 duals of the season at the heavyweight class … faced five ranked opponents over the course of the season … won four of his first five matches including a 12-0 MD over Tasi Mathias (VMI on 11/7) and a pin against Ty Williams (Anderson on 11/11) in 2:25 … went 2-2 at the Wolfpack Open (11/22/) … defeated Pat Gillen (Virginia) at the Southern Scuffle by 2-1 decision … narrowly defeated in an 8-3 decision by Ty Walz (Virginia Tech), who was the No. 3 ranked wrestler at the time … won eight of 10 matches between 1/9 and 1/30 including three wins at the All-Academy Championships to finish second … defeated Will Cooley for the second time that season in the wrestle backs at the SoCon Championship.

SOPHOMORE (2014-15): Recorded an overall record for 23-17 on the season … pinned seven opponents and earned two major decisions … started in all 13 duals at the heavyweight class, going 7-6 … went 5-1 at the Citadel Open on Nov. 1, pinning Limestone’s Cody Vandeline in 0:50 and defeating King College’s Docy Davis in a 9-6 decision to claim third place … pinned Gardner-Webb’s Jackson Price in 4:59 at the Hokie Open on Nov. 9 to claim third place, going 3-1 on the day … pinned Anderson’s Wyatt McCrackin in 2:35 in a dual on Nov. 16 … competed in the Naby Classic on Nov. 22 … Pinned Western Wyoming’s Dexter Bess in 3:29 at the Las Vegas Invite on Dec. 5-6 … Pinned Cody Ryba of Campbell in 4:41 at the first SoCon Dual … went 2-2 at the Southern Scuffle on Jan. 1-2, picking up a sudden-victory 3-1 win against North Carolina’s Frank Abbondanza … Downed Nebraska-Kearney’s Ivan DeLeon in a 7-1 decision at the Virginia duals on Jan. 9 … Posted a 9-3 decision against Gardern-Webb’s Justin Kozera in SoCon dual competition … Pinned SIUE’s Chris Johnson in 2:55 at the conference dual on Jan. 25 … Claimed first place at the All-Academy Championships on Feb. 7 … earned a major decision conference win against Davidson’s Ed Isola … went 2-2 at the 2015 SoCon Tournament on March 7, pinning VMI’s Juan Adams in 6:56 and placing second.
 
FRESHMAN (2013-14): Capped off his first season with an 11-21 record … notched the first wins of his Bulldog career at The Citadel when he downed Kenny Mason (Brewton-Parker), John Griswold (Spartanburg Methodist) and Zachary Boyda (South Carolina) … earned a victory by fall over David Woody (North Carolina) at the 4:19 mark of the Hokie Open … picked up wins over Colynn Cook (Navy) and Trevor Smith (Army) at the All-Academy Tournament … posted his last victory of the season against in a dual match against Bob Coe (North Carolina).
 
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2013 graduate of Bremen High School in Bremen, Ga. ... a four-year letterman in football, wrestling and track and field ... a three-time state champion (senior, junior and sophomore) and one-time runner-up (freshman) ... closed out his high school career with a record of 215-18 ... went a perfect 54-0 during his senior year, 58-3 as a junior, 55-1 as a sophomore and 48-14 during his freshman campaign ... high school team was three-time traditional state champion and two-time dual state champion ... named offensive and defensive lineman of the year for his performance on the football field.
