SENIOR (2015-16): Completed his senior campaign with a 24-12 record, one SoCon Wrestler of the Week and Wrestler of the Month honor and a second place finish at the SoCon Championship … posted an 11-4 dual record and a 6-1 mark in SoCon action with his only loss coming to eventual champion Scottie Boykin … selected to the National Wrestling Coaches Association Division I All-Academic Team for the third consecutive year … started the season with four straight wins including an 11-3 major decision over Urayoan Garcia (VMI) and a pin against Stephen Washington (Anderson) … took third place at the Wolfpack Open, tallying wins over fellow Bulldog Chandler Sambets, Chance McClure (Unattached) and No. 18 Scottie Boykin (Chattanooga) … defeated Tyler Green (Bucknell) by 11-2 MD at Cliff Keen Invitational (12/4) … recorded his second pin of the season over JT Goodwin (Cal Poly) in 1:15 at Reno Tournament of Champions (12/20) and went on to win his next three matches, including 10-0 MD over one-seeded Anthony Abro (Eastern Michigan) to take home first place honors in Reno … he is just the second Bulldog in history to claim first place at the Reno TOC … earned Wrestler of the Week on Dec. 22 after going 5-0 … jumped to 19th in the rankings for the first time in his career and earned his second SoCon honor of the season after recording a 6-2 record in the month of December … concluded competition at Virginia Duals with a 3-1 record with only loss coming to No. 8 Jared Haught (Virginia Tech) by a narrow 3-2 decision … won his next three duals over SoCon opponents, picking up victories over Jake Tindle (SIUE), Marcus Johnson (App State) and Austin McNeil (Campbell) … finished fourth at All-Academy Championships, pinning Taylor Thomas (VMI) and defeating Ricky Fisher (Merchant Marine) by 10-1 MD … pinned next two SoCon opponents, Gray Jones (Gardner-Webb) and Michael Moore (Davidson), to improve to 22-9 on the year … defeated Taylor Thomas (VMI) and Jake Tindle (SIUE) at SoCon Championship en route to second place finish … capped off career with 86 wins and a 35-19 dual record.

REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2014-15): Placed second in the 197-class at the SoCon Tournament … earned NWCA All-Academic honors … went 20-15 on the season, going 9-4 in dual competition … placed second at the All-Academy Championships, going 2-1 on the day … Went 2-2 at the Navy Classic on Nov. 9 … posted a 2-2 record at the Las Vegas Invite on Dec. 5-6 … earned a 10-1 major decision win against Duke’s Spencer Neff at the Southern Scuffle on Jan. 1-2, going 2-2 on the day … opened dual competition by pinning Anderson’s Nathaniel Brannen in 2:25 on Nov. 9 … Pinned Rider’s Ali Yildiz in 4:47 at the Virginia Duals on Jan. 9.

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2013-14): Capped off the season with a 25-19 record in 2013-14 … claimed the SoCon title at 197 pounds by virtue of wins against Jake Koch (VMI), Josh Wood (SIU-Edwardsville) and Scottie Boykin (Chattanooga) at the league tournament … the victory over Boykin avenged a loss earlier in the season to the Mocs' standout that came as Haas was injured during the match … was eliminated in the consolation first round of the NCAA Wrestling Championships with losses to Taylor Meeks (Oregon State) and Abram Ayala (Princeton) … closed out the 2013 Citadel Open with six victories in seven attempts, posting impressive wins over Tyrell Walker (Central Florida), Kacee Hutchinson (Appalachian State) and Spencer Neff (Duke) .

REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2012-13): Started 12 of the 13 dual meets at 197 pounds ...earned three victories by major decision and two by fall ... went 3-2 at the nationally recognized Southern Scuffle.

FRESHMAN (2011-12): Took a redshirt and did not compete.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Patch American High School in Germany ... lettered in wrestling and football … voted Male Athlete of the Year … two-time European finalist … won the European title senior year when he went 22-0 … career record of 90-18 … team won the European championship title twice.
