REDSHIRT JUNIOR (2015-16): Finished junior campaign with 28-8 record at 157 and needs just 11 more wins to be the seventh Bulldog in history with 100 career wins … finished dual slate with a perfect record (15-0) for second time in career … compiled a perfect 7-0 mark in the SoCon and tallied eight pins over the course of the season … ranked 13th in preseason polls and held the ranking until early December … won the first three matchups of the season with wins over Neal Richards (VMI), Dan Ebert (Anderson) and Kyle Ash (Gardner-Webb) … finished action at the Cliff Keen Invitational in eighth place with a 5-3 record … went 2-2 at the Southern Scuffle with a 10-5 win over Connor Bass (Duke) and a 14-5 MD over Larry Early (Unattached) … went a perfect 4-0 at the Virginia Duals, tallying wins over Zach Kelly (Bucknell), Justus Weaver (Virginia Tech), Zackary Velasquez (Grand Canyon) and Quentin Perez (Campbell) … beginning on Jan. 8, went on a 17-match win streak that ended in the championship bout at the SoCon Championship … during that span, earned SoCon Wrestler of the Week on Jan. 20, collected seven pins, placed first at All-Academy Championships and took second place at SoCon Championships … earned an at-large big to the 2016 NCAA National Championships in New York City at 157-lbs for his third consecutive trip to the finals.

REDSHIRT SOPHOMORE (2014-15): Qualified for the 2015 NCAA National Championships in St. Louis, Missouri at 157 lbs. … Earned first place at the 2015 SoCon Championship after pinning Gardner-Webb’s Tyler Marinelli in 6:41 and downing Appalachian’s opponent in a 6-1 decision … Went 30-8 overall, going 11-2 in dual competition … earned five major-decisions over the season, eight pins and a tech. fall … triumphed in six consecutive dual matches between Jan. 14 and Feb. 22. … went 4-1 at the Hokie Open, recording two pins … Placed first at the Navy Classic after a 6-0 outing … Earned a win at the Las Vegas Invitational … earned fifth place at the Southern Scuffle going 6-1 with two falls, one tech fall and a major-decision …
 
REDSHIRT FRESHMAN (2013-14): Concluded his season at the 2014 NCAA Wrestling Championships in Oklahoma City by capturing a win over 17th seed Cody Pack (South Dakota State) … finished the season with 31 victories due in large part to a 19-match winning streak that began at the Virginia Duals against Thaddeus Keklak (Kent State) and stretched to the victory over Cody pack (South Dakota State) at the NCAA Championships … he managed 10 decisions and won by fall on three occasions in that span … began the season with eight straight wins, snagging five at The Citadel Open and three at the Hokie Open, posting wins over Sam Melikian (NC State), Benjamin Hefner (NC State), TJ Miller (Virginia) and Beau Donahue (NC State).
 
FRESHMAN (2012-13): Wrestled unattached in five events, collecting a 9-8 record, before taking a redshirt.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Judson High School in San Antonio, Texas ... nationally ranked … NHSCA All-American … two time state champion and three time state qualifier ... went undefeated in Texas during his junior and senior years.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Chad Walker and Mica Bielling ... majoring in physical education.
