FRESHMAN (2016-17): Did not compete. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Finished his senior year with a 42-1 record and won the 3A individual state championship at 145 pounds… was also named Toast of the Coast Wrestler of the Year… went 38-2 and was a 3A state runner-up at 145 pounds during junior year.

PERSONAL: Son of Murray and Judy Mewhorter… joins The Citadel along with his brother, Bradley… majoring in biology.
