Handicapped Parking
Handicapped parking spaces are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the first row of the MUSC Lot on Fishburne Street. A state-approved handicapped permit is necessary.
Wheelchair Seating
Joseph P Riley, Jr. Park has seven sections with accessible seating. Those sections are sections 108-112, & 117-118. Please call the ticket office to purchase accessible seats for premium games. All other games are general admission.
Facility Information
Gameday should be an enjoyable experience for all fans and safety is a primary concern. We encourage everyone to display a high degree of sportsmanship at all times. Spectators are not allowed, at any time, on the playing field.

The gates to Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park open 60 minutes prior to the first pitch.

Announcements will be made for emergencies only. If an emergency occurs, please contact your nearest stadium official.

Baby changing stations are located throughout Riley Park in restrooms located on the concourse.Â
Cameras
Video and still cameras are allowed. Pictures must be taken from the patron's seat and may not block aisles and walkways. Field access is limited to credentialed photographers only.

Concessions
Concessions at Riley Park are run through the Fan Food App. All orders must go through the Fan Food App. The app is available in the Apple Store or the Google Store for download. Full menu available here. No more standing in line. In-seat delivery is available for an additional fee. Fans will be notified from order acceptance to order completion. All payments must be made by card, cash will not be accepted for concessions.
Mask (Face Covering) Policy
Face coverings are required of all people attending The Citadel Baseball games at Riley Park. Face coverings should be worn at all times with the exception being when you are actively eating and drinking.
Recycling
The Citadel encourages everyone to think green and recycle in the stadium and at your tailgate. Recycling containers, provided by Pepsi can be found throughout the stadium.
Social Distancing
Fans are asked to social distance during athletics events inside Joseph P. Riley Park. Groups of 6 or more are not permitted to sit in consecutive seats. See local guidelines for more information.
Solicitation Policy
Solicitation or distribution of materials by persons not pre-approved by The Citadel Athletics Marketing Office is prohibited. Banners, flyers, pamphlets, or any other paraphernalia will be disposed of by game day security, and solicitors will be escorted off the premises. The selling of any item by anyone other than The Citadel authorized personnel, including in parking lots, is prohibited.
Tobacco Use
The Citadel campus and Riley Park are smoke and tobacco-free at all times. Tobacco use, in any form, is not allowed in the arena in seating areas, enclosed areas, or either concourse.

Seating Chart
The Citadel's Athletic Ticket Office is located on campus at 7 Jones Avenue (McAlister Field House). Tickets for all athletic events are available there. Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover orders can be made in person or by calling the Ticket Office at (843) 953-DOGS. Office hours are 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday or by purchasing here. Summer ticket office hours may vary.Â
The Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park ticket booths open 1 hour prior to first pitch on game days. On game day, tickets may be purchased with cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover.
The Riley Park ticket booth opens one (1) hour prior to the first pitch through the fifth inning on game days. On gameday, fans are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets online in advance.
Player Guests
Tickets left by players may be picked up at the player pass entrance 60 minutes prior to the first pitch. Per NCAA regulations, all persons receiving complimentary admission must present a photo ID.
Recruits & High School Coaches
As Per NCAA rules, no tickets will be available for recruits and high school coaches for the 2021 baseball season.
Lost Tickets/Reprints
The Citadel reprints are available at the customer service window/sales window. The Citadel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or destroyed tickets, and refunds will not be issued. Reprinted tickets will be issued to take the place of originals, upon verification of seating location. Tickets will be reprinted for the ticket holder of record only. Replacement tickets will have precedence over the original tickets.
Will Call
The will-call table on game day is located at the main entrance to Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park (located at the top of the ramp at the side entrance of JPRP). Persons picking up tickets at Will Call must show a photo ID. The Will Call table opens 1 hour prior to the first pitch.Â
Suites/Premium Areas
Riley Park Suites are unavailable for Citadel Baseball games.
Inclement Weather Policy
If a game is not played until the end of the 5th inning or is canceled/rescheduled before the start of the game, fans can retain their ticket stubs to exchange them for tickets to a future game.Â
Re-Entry
Patrons may leave and re-enter Joseph P. Riley, Jr. Park. However, you must retain your ticket in order to re-enter the stadium.
Parking
Parking is located in the lot adjacent to Riley Park for season ticket holders and The Citadel Brigadier Foundation members (Bulldog level and above) on a first-come, first-served basis. Other parking is located in the MUSC lot on Fishburne Street and Brittlebank Park.Â

Clear Bag Policy
The Citadel has implemented a clear bag policy at all events inside Riley Park.
Approved bags include:
- Clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bags that do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" –A logo no larger than 4.5" x 3.4" can be displayed on one side of a permissible clear bag,
- -gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar),
- Small clutch bags no larger than 4.5" x 6.5" –approximately the size of a hand, with or without a handle or strap,
- Medically necessary items (after proper inspection), and diaper bags (after proper inspection) will be permitted for families with infants and toddlers. The child must be present.
