2010… Started the season recording a time of 28:17 at the Winthrop Invitational (9/18)… ran a time of 28:21 at The Citadel Invitational (9/25) to place 23rd… finished in 33rd place at the Great American XC Festival (10/2) with a time of 28:00… recorded a season-best time of 27:33 at the Royal CC Challenge (10/15)… finished his third season with a time of 28:19 to place 79th at SoCon Championships.

2009… Opened the season at the Gamecock Invitational (9/4) and finished the 5k race in 34th place with a time of 17:21… ran a time of 21:10 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (9/18) 6k race and finished in 12th place… placed 34th at The Citadel Invitational (9/26) with a time of 29:06… finished in 28th place in the 6k Winthrop Asics Fall Invitational (10/17) with a time of 20:06… concluded the season at the Southern Conference Championships (10/31) with a time of 28:31.

2008... Recorded an 8k time of 29:13 in his collegiate debut at the Eye Opener (9/6), finishing 108th... finished 107th with a time of 29:29 at the Salty Seadog Invitational (9/13) at the Naval Academy... ran a personal record time of 28:57 at The Citadel Invitational (9/27), finishing 22nd... ran a time of 28:38 and finished 35th at the FLRunners.com Invitational (10/3)... placed 36th at the 6k Winthrop Asics Classic (10/18) with a time of 21:50... ran a personal-best time at the Southern Conference Championships (11/1) with a mark of 28:29 to finish 80th… concluded the season finishing 198th at the NCAA Southeast Regional, posting a time of 36:57.

High School... A 2008 graduate of Scranton Preparatory School in Scranton, Pa... earned letters in track and cross country... was named cross country team captain his senior year... cross country team won state championship in 2005... team won district championship in 2005, 2006 and 2007.

Personal... Paul John Eric Wasilchak... goes by “P.J.”... born Sept. 1, 1989 in Scranton, Pa.... son of Paul Wasilchak... chose The Citadel over DeSales and the University of Scranton... majoring in sports management.
