SOPHOMORE (2021): Ran in five meets, including one postseason meet... Opened season with a time of 20:54.0 at 6K Charleston Southern Buccaneer Invitational Sept. 4... Logged a pair of sub-27 8K times, beginning with a new personal best 26:15.0 at Queen City Invitational Sept. 24 and 26:16.7 at Queens Royals Challenge Oct. 8... Finished season running 28:42.0 at 8K SoCon Championships at VMI Oct. 30.

FRESHMAN (2020): Ran in three meets... Posted his best time in career debut at 28:29.56 at USC Beaufort 8K on Oct. 24... Followed this up running 28:45.51 at Newberry 8K Oct. 30... Finished season at 8K SoCon championships at Mercer Nov. 21, clocking in at 29:22.37.

HIGH SCHOOL: ­­­Was a four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field at North Lincoln High School … During senior year, led the cross country team to the state championship crown, while being named to the all-region team … Earned the indoor state championship sportsmanship award … As a junior, led the cross country and outdoor track and field teams to state championships … Also lettered in soccer, swimming and tennis.
