JUNIOR (2021): Ran in all seven races... Set new career best 6K time to open season at Charleston Southern Sept. 4 with a time of 20:09.6... Logged a pair of sub-26 8K times, beginning with a lifetime best 25:21.0 at Queen City Invitational on Sept. 24 for the fifth-best time in program history, then 25:42.1 at Queens Royals Challenge Oct. 8... Was the team's second finisher at 8K SoCon Championships at VMI Oct. 30, clocking in at 28:21.4... Finished season running 34:30.09 at NCAA Southeast Regional in Lexington, Ky. Nov. 12.

SOPHOMORE (2020): Ran in five meets... Secured the 10th-fastest 8K time in program history at Columbia Oct. 3 with a time of 25:42.6 for 10th place... Hit another sub-28 mark in season opener at Mercer Sept. 19 at 27:44.68... Gave his third-best performance of the season at 8K SoCon Championships at Mercer Nov. 21 with time of 28:10.17 as team's third finisher.

FRESHMAN (2019): Competed in all six races as a true freshman … Began his collegiate career with a 5K time of 16:52.8 and 15^th-place finish at the Carolina Challenge (Aug. 31) … Raced his way to a 6K time of 20:18.1 at the adidas XC Challenge (Sept. 20) … Posted a time of 28:01.0 in his first 8K of the season at the Queen City Invite (Sept. 27) … Recorded a time of 29:02.6 in the 8K at the Disney Cross Country Classic (Oct. 12) … Set a new season-best time of 27:11.0 in the 8K at the 13^th-Annual Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 19) … Rounded out his first season with an 8K time of 29:19.5 at the Southern Conference Cross Country Championships (Nov. 2).

HIGH SCHOOL: Seven-time letterwinner, six-time all-region honoree, two-time all-county selection … As a senior, was named captain and team MVP in both cross country and track, and earned all-state recognition in track … Set the school record in the 800-meter race … Earned all-region honors in both cross country and track and field in each of his last three years … As a freshman, earned the track and field Newcomer Award … Also played JV baseball as a freshman.
