SENIOR (2019): Completed one meet, turning in a time of 20:13.5 in the 5K of the Carolina Challenge (Aug. 31).

JUNIOR (2018): Competed in two meets … Set a personal best in the 6K with a 25:39.4 at the Charleston Southern Buccaneer Invitational (Sept. 1) … Turned in a time of 30:57.7 in the 8K at the Charleston Classic (Oct. 6).

SOPHOMORE (2017): Ran two meets for the Bulldogs … Began the season with a 19:39.1 in the 5K of the Carolina Challenge (Sept. 2) … Posted a 30:39.5 in the 8K at the Will Wilson Citadel Invitational (Sept. 30).

FRESHMAN (2016): Competed in five meets in his first season with the Bulldogs … Started his collegiate career off with an 18:14.7 in the 5K at the Carolina Challenge (Sept. 3) … Set his personal record for the 5K with a 17:51.4 the following week at the Coastal Carolina Invitational (Sept. 9) … In his first 8K at the collegiate level, ran a 33:26.6 at the Will Wilson Invitational (Sept. 24) … Followed that up with a new personal record of 29:43.9 at the High Point University Vert XC Invitational (Oct. 14) … Ended his freshman campaign by setting his personal record in the 8K with a time of 27:30.6 at the 2016 Southern Conference Cross Country Championships (Oct. 29).

HIGH SCHOOL: Earned eight varsity letters between cross country and track and field … Was the state runner-up in the 800-meter and 1600-meter races during his junior season … Selected to the all-region track team all four years … Named the team MVP for the 2015 track season after taking home four region titles … Member of the Fort Dorchester 4x800 relay school record (2013) … Elected the Central HS Class of 2016 Vice President.
