JUNIOR (2021): Ran in all seven meets... Opened season with a best 6K time of 19:44.4 for fourth place at Charleston Southern Sept. 4... Set a new school record with his 24:23.0 time at the Queen City Invitational Sept. 24.. Ran another sub-25 time of 24:29.6 at Queens Royals Challenge Oct. 8... Led the Bulldogs with a time of 27:16.4 for 31st place at SoCon Championships at VMI Oct. 30... Finished as The Citadel's top finisher at 10K NCAA Southeast Regional Championships in Lexington, Ky. with time of 33:01.3 on Nov. 12.

FRESHMAN (2019): Competed in three meets … Started his freshman campaign with a seventh-place finish in a time of 16:10.4 at the Carolina Challenge’s 5K (Aug. 31) … Posted a 15^th-place finish with an 8K time of 27:15.1 at the 13^th-Annual Sand Shark Invitational (Oct. 19) … Wrapped up his first season with a time of 28:12.6 in the 8K at the Southern Conference Cross Country Championships (Nov. 2).

HIGH SCHOOL: A six-time letterwinner, including three in cross country and three in track and field … Ran a personal-record time of 15:52 in the 5K, 9:32 in the 3,200-meter race and 4:22 in the 1,600-meter race … As a senior, was named all-state and academic all-state in cross country, and was named all-state in both the 1,600-meter run and 3,200-meter race and earned academic all-state honors … Earned all-state and academic all-state honors in both cross country and the 3,200-meter race in track as a junior.
