JUNIOR (2019): Ran in five meets … Began his junior campaign with a 5K time of 18:10.2 at the Carolina Challenge (Aug. 31) … Set a personal record in the 6K with a time of 21:29.0 at the adidas XC Challenge (Sept. 20) … Turned in a time of 28:20.0 in the 8K at the Queen City Invite (Sept. 27) … Posted a time of 29:15.3 in the 8K at the Disney Cross Country Classic (Oct. 12) … Wrapped up his season with a time of 29:55.5 in the 8K at the Southern Conference Cross Country Championships (Nov. 2).

SOPHOMORE (2018): Ran in six meets for the Bulldogs … Started his season off with a 6K time of 22:02.2 at the Charleston Southern Buccaneer Invitational (Sept. 1), a personal record … At the Upstate Invitational on Sept. 29, posted a season-best 8K time of 28:17.3 … The following week at the Charleston Classic (Oct. 6), recorded an 8K time of 28:37.5 … At the 2018 Southern Conference Cross Country Championships (Oct. 27), finished the 8K in a time of 28:23.8 … Ended his season with a 10K time of 35:21.7 at the 2018 NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 9).

FRESHMAN (2017): Competed in five events … Made his collegiate debut with an 8K time of 27:41.8 at the Winthrop/Adidas Cross Country Invitational (Sept. 16) … Two weeks later, set a new personal record in the 8K with a time of 27:39.3 at the Will Wilson Citadel Invitational (Sept. 30) … Set a new PR in the 8K two weeks later with a time of 26:33.6 at the ECU Pirates XC Invitational (Oct. 13) … At the 2017 Southern Conference Cross Country Championships (Oct. 28), put up an 8K time of 27:13.3 … Ended his freshman campaign with a 10K time of 35:06.5 at the 2017 NCAA Division I Southeast Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 10).
