2025: Opened the season by placing 22nd in the 6k (21:06.8) at the CSU Buccaneer Open on Aug 29th… Ran the 8k in 27:43.8 at the Fire Tower Project on Oct 3rd… Finished 59th in the 8k (27:41.2) at the Southern Conference XC Championship on Nov 1st.
2024: Best finish came from the Chanticleer Challenge with a time of 27:58.7, finishing 13th overall.
2023: Finished 18th overall at the Gamecock Challenge with a time of 20:14.8
HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in cross country and track and field at Jack Britt High School under head coach Ricky Stoker...qualified for the state meet.
PERSONAL: Son of Tom Carey and Christie Carey.
