2006... Outdoors, shattered his previous best in the hammer with a throw of 137’ 4” at Coastal Carolina (3/10) ... placed sixth and set a new personal record in the shot put with a 45’ 0.5” also at Coastal Carolina (3/10)... threw the discus a season-best mark of 133’ 0” at the UNC Fast Times Invitational (4/14)... recorded a 13th-place finish at the SoCon Championships in the discus... set a new personal record in the shot put at the SoCon meet, throwing 46’ 4” as he finished fourth... recorded a 10th-place finish in the hammer at the SoCon meet with a throw of 122’ 8”.

2005... Continued his strong finish of 2004 with a personal record mark in the discus  in the first outdoor competition of 2005, throwing a 135’ 8” in the Coastal Carolina Invitational... spent most of the year building up to a personal best mark of 128’ 9” in the hammer, besting his previous top throw by more than seven feet... at the Spec Town Relays at Georgia, set another personal record mark in the shot put with a throw of 43’ 7.75”... recorded three top-five finishes in the discus, four top-five finishes in the shot put ? including a win in a dual meet against Davidson ? and three second place finishes finishes in the hammer... 2004... Secured second place in discus at the Elon Invitational... captured third in shot put and discus at the Furman Invitational and Erwin Belk Davidson Invitational... Southern Conference finalist in discus...
