HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track and field at A.C. Flora High School under head coach David Worstall...won a New Balance Outdoor championship as a freshman...earned three all-region and two all-state selections...finished as a two-time state runner-up with five state podium finishes...set the school record and recorded a top-15 finish at the 2025 New Balance Outdoor Championships...posted a personal best of 16 feet...named a Richland County Track Athlete of the Year nominee.
PERSONAL: Son of Stephanie O’Cain and John O’Cain...notable relative is Will O’Cain, a pole vaulter at Anderson University.
