JUNIOR (2012): Etched his name in Citadel history when he broke a 19-year-old school record in the 5,000 by posting a time of 14:56.02 at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational … recorded a seventh place time of 8:42.19 in the 3,000 to move into third in Citadel history in the event.

SOPHOMORE (2011): Finished 13th in the 5,000 with a time of 15:18.93 at the Wesley A. Brown Invitational … earned fifth place in the 5,000 with a time of 15:25.31 at the Tiger Paw Invitational.

FRESHMAN (2010): Finished in sixth place in the 5,000 at Palmetto Classic, posting a time of 15:52.10 … also recorded a top-10 finish in the 3,000, taking eighth place at the UNF Osprey Challenge with a time of 9:08.66 … competed in the SoCon Indoor Championships in the 5,000.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2009 graduate of Wade Hampton High School … ran a time of 16:10 and placed third in the South Carolina state meet … all-county and all-state champion … was a member of the Shrine Bowl team.

PERSONAL: Son of Kim and Stuart Keene … also a top runner for the Bulldog cross country team … majoring in political science.
