FRESHMAN (2013): Ran his career-best time of 16:22.22 in the 5k at the Palmetto classic.

HIGH SCHOOL: A 2012 graduate of Wando High School … earned varsity letters in soccer, cross country and track … earned all-state, all-lower state, all-region and all-county honors … personal bests include a 5k time of 16:10, 3200 time of 10:08 and 800 time of 2:08 … a member of the team that won regions.

PERSONAL: Son of Keith and Donna Keohane … father ran at the University of Maryland and uncle is a bronze medalists in the Para Olympics ... also a member of the Bulldog cross country team … majoring in health and wellness.
