Outdoors, set a new personal best in the 5000m with a 16:40.07 while finishing fourth at the Weems Baskin relays (3/17) ... set a career best 36:18.40 to finish eighth in the 10,000m at Coastal Carolina (3/10)... set a new personal record in the 3000m, running 9:20.79 at the UNC Fast Times Invitational (4/14)... placed 19th at the SoCon Championships in the 5000m, running 16:53.17... placed 13th in the conference meet in the 10k, running 36:54.22.

2005... Started off the indoor season strong, setting a new personal record in the 5000m with a time of 16:28.53... throughout the year, had three top-10 finishes in the 3000m, setting a new personal record at the UNC Fast Times meet with a time of 9:39.81... set a new personal record in the 1500m with a run of 4:24.47 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational...

High School... A 2004 graduate of Wren High School... was All-State (3A) in cross country and track, as well as All-County and All-Region... high school team won the 4x800m relay state championship in 2003 and 2004... team was the 2004 3A State Champions in track... coached by Mereidth Craig...
