2023-24: Posted a win via fall against Allen and Williams College...won via forfeit against Millersville...registered multiple wins at the Navy Classic, earning a sixth-place finish...notched a win via fall over Queens...won a match at the Southern Scuffle...recorded a win via fall against VMI...Had a win over Chattanooga...registered a win via fall against Davidson...posted a win over Gardner-Webb...had a win via fall against Presbyterian College...earned a third-place finish at the Southern Conference Championship.  

2022-23: Appeared in 14 matches on the season…began season with a fall in the opening match of The Citadel Open…added three wins at the Soldier Salute…closed out the App State Open with three-straight victories.

2021-22: Appeared in 22 matches…began career with second-period victory by fall against Queens…won by fall in first conference match…wrestled twin brother (Stanford) in the second match of the Cliff Keen Invitational…picked up decision victory against Bellarmine.

2020-21: Wrestled in 16 matches…needed only 34 seconds to secure the fall in first collegiate match…picked up first conference win with a fall against Gardner-Webb…added a decision victory over Bellarmine…went 1-2 at the SoCon Championships…earned victory over Gardner-Webb in consolation match.

HIGH SCHOOL: Wrestled at Yorkville High School…named the scholastic wrestler of the year as a senior…also named male athlete and student-athlete of the year…earned all-state, all-area and all-conference honors as a junior…garnered all-area and all-conference accolades as a sophomore…two-time academic all-state selection…also a three-year letterwinner in football…finished career second all-time in tackles in the conference…holds the bench press record.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Steve and Megan Stemmet…majoring in finance…plans to pursue an Army contract after graduation.
