2009-10: Wrestled at three different weight classes, switching between 125, 133 and 141 pounds... overall record of 9-13... went 4-3 in dual action... picked up two pins on the season... went 3-2 at The Citadel Open.

High School: Lettered four years in wrestling and two years in track... four-time South Carolina state qualifier, a two-time South Carolina placer and a South Carolina state finalist at Dorman High School in Spartanburg, S.C. ... tallied 171 wins.

Personal: Born on Sept. 21, 1990... son of Pedro and Carmina Segarra... majoring in physical education.
