FRESHMAN (2011-12): Posted a record of 24-15 at 133 pounds … recorded five falls, one technical fall and two major decisions … opened his career with four wins at the Citadel Open ... placed third at the Navy Classic.

HIGH SCHOOL: Lettered four years in wrestling at Southern Regional High School in Manahawkin, N.J. … three-time placer in the state championships … two runner-up finishes at 112 pounds and at 125 pounds … finished with a career record of 123-17 … three-time team MVP … three-time all-district and all-region honors … part of district championship team.
