SENIOR (2015-16): Finished his senior campaign with a 21-12 record, 10-5 dual record and a 4-3 mark in SoCon action … selected to the National Wrestling Coaches Association Division I All-Academic Team for the fourth consecutive year opened the season with four straight wins including a pin over Dylan Crossland (Anderson) in 1:55 … finished competition at the Reno Tournament of Champions (12/20) with a 3-2 record, picking up wins over Bryce Parson (Oregon State), Austin Breckenridge (Wyoming) and Jake Elliot (Wyoming) … went 2-2 at the Southern Scuffle (1/1-2) … won three of four matchups at the Virginia Duals including a 4-2 victory over Chad Saunders (Virginia Tech) … beginning Jan. 17, went on a six match win streak en route to his third-consecutive first place finish at the All-Academy Championships … placed every year at the All-Academy Championships … earned his 100th career win Jan. 30 at the All-Academy Championships with a pin over Matt Vieira (Coast Guard) in 3:50 and is one of only six Bulldogs to rech the 100-win plateau … won first match at SoCon Championships over Matt Zovitoski (App State) … finished his career with 104 wins including three over ranked opponents and a 40-13 dual record.

JUNIOR (2014-15): Earned a spot at the NCAA Championships in St. Louis following a first-place finish at the SoCon Tournament at the 149-lbs … earned NWCA All-Academic honors … named SoCon Wrestler of the Week for Jan. 14 following a 4-0 appearance at the Virginia Duals … went 25-15 on the season while earning a dual record of 9-3 … claimed first place at the All Academy Championships, posting two major decisions and a decision to go 3-0 … picked up two wins at the Navy Classic on Nov. 22, placing sixth … placed sixth at the Cliff Keen Las Vegas Invitational, going 5-3 and earning two major decision wins …  went 2-2 at the Southern Scuffle on Jan. 1-2, posting a 13-0 major decision win against Kent State’s Nathan Valentine … earned an 8-0 major decision win against Appalachian State’s Javon Johnson in dual competition on Jan. 18 … Defeated SIUE’s Karsten Van Velsor in a 10-2 major decision on Jan. 25 … posted back-to-back pins in duals against Davidson and UNC on Feb. 18 and 22, respectively.
 
SOPHOMORE (2013-14): Entered nationals with a record of 27-9 and upset second-seed Nick Dardanes (Minnesota) before falling to Mitch Minotti (Lehigh) and Justin Arthur (Clarion {Pa.}) in the double-elimination consolation round … was an automatic qualifier for his second trip to the NCAA Tournament by virtue of placing third after a thrilling three-overtime tiebreaker win over Austin Sams (Chattanooga) at the conference meet … rattled off three straight wins to open the season against Zane Newton (Anderson), Gabe Stark (Cleveland State) and Matthew Gancayo (Princeton) … won five of six matches in Reno, Nev., including meetings with Preston McCalmon (Arizona State), Brandon Richardson (Wyoming) and Christian Barber (North Carolina) … best stretch of the season began on Jan. 26 and stretched through March 8, where he won 11 straight matches … among the wins in that span included a sweep at the All-Academy Tournament over Ben Swanson (Norwich), Natrelle Demison (Air Force) and Ray Borja (Navy).
 
FRESHMAN (2012-13): Punched his ticket to the NCAA Championships by winning the 157-pound Southern Conference title during his first season as a Bulldog ... topped nine opponents by major decision, tops among his teammates ... finished with a perfect 7-0 mark in the conference ... beat two ranked opponents ... topped No. 18 Bobby Barnhisel (Navy) en route to a 3-3 record at the nationally recognized Southern Scuffle ... took third place at the Navy Classic, closing out the tournament with a 5-1 decision over 33rd-ranked Mallie Shuster (Kent State) ... earned fourth place at the All-Academy Championships with a 2-2 mark ... five of his seven conference wins came by major decision.
 
REDSHIRT (2011-12): Redshirted for one season at Northern Illinois before transferring to The Citadel.
 
HIGH SCHOOL: A 2011 graduate of Oxford High School in Oxford, Mich. ... lettered in wrestling, golf, lacrosse and soccer ... collected 206 wins during his high school career … earned all-state and NHSCA All-American honors … four-time state placer and state champion … team won the 2011 state championship.
 
PERSONAL: Son of Jim and Sandy Frisch ... majoring in business administration.
