CAREER RECORD ENTERING 2013-14: 12-23

JUNIOR (2012-13): Wrestled as the 125-pound starter for the first two dual meets and as the 133-pound starter in the final regular season dual against No. 24 North Carolina ... finished with a 9-17 record, posting four wins by fall ... closed out the Newberry Open with a 5-2 mark.

SOPHOMORE (2011-12): Wrestled at 125 pounds, posting a record of 3-6 with three falls … two of his three career falls came at the Appalachian Open where he captured two victories.

FRESHMAN (2010-11): Split time between 125 and 133 pounds while going 2-6 with a pin at the Appalachian State Open … also participated in The Citadel Open and the NC State Open.

HIGH SCHOOL: Finished second and sixth in state at Fort Smith Southside High School in Fort Smith, Ark. …. earned all-conference recognition in his junior and senior seasons …  conference champion in his final season ... took home sixth place honors at Brute Nationals.

PERSONAL: Son of Brian and Chi Cox … majoring in electrical engineering.
