Charleston, S.C. - The Citadel wrestling team travels to UNC Greensboro on Saturday at 11 a.m. to face the Spartans in their first road Southern Conference contest of the season.

The Bulldogs (1-3, 0-1) finished the 2009 year competing at the Southern Scuffle in the Greensboro Coliseum as 14 Cadets participated in the two-day event. Odie Delaney went 2-2 and recorded a pin, while Derek Royster and Zane Newton each tallied a major decision to highlight The Citadel's performance.

This will be the opening SoCon dual for UNC Greensboro (0-4, 0-0) who comes off competing at the Old Dominion Quad last weekend in Norfolk, Va. The Spartans fell to Rider, 38-9, to Purdue, 30-9 and to the host Monarchs, 36-7. 184-pounder Andrew Saunders was named SoCon Wrestler of the Week after going 3-0 at the ODU competition.
