Bulldog Golfers Open Spring Season at College of Coastal Georgia

CHARLESTON, S.C. – The Citadel golf team opens its 2015 spring slate this week when it travels to St. Simons Isle, Ga., to compete in the College of Coastal Georgia Winter Invitational.
The two-day competition will be held at the King and Prince Golf Course located on the north end of St. Simons Island.
Junior Eraina Manor (78.78 stroke avg) and senior Kellie Anderson (82.50 stroke avg) led the way for The Citadel statistically in nine rounds of fall competition.
The Bulldogs are competing in a 12-team field that includes host College of Coastal Georgia as well as Loyola, Southeastern University and in-state foe USC-Beaufort.
The first round of competition takes place on Monday and the tournament will conclude on Tuesday afternoon.
