Bulldogs Complete Low Country Intercollegiate

HILTON HEAD, S.C. – The Citadel golf team wrapped up the 2014-15 regular season by finishing 13th of 15 teams at this weekend's Low Country Intercollegiate hosted by Upstate rival Wofford.
 
The Bulldogs fired a two-day total of 679 (339-340, +103) at the Moss Creek Golf Club South Course, to finish in front of Presbyterian (680) and St. Francis (NY) (734).
 
Eraina Manor (79-86—165, +21) brought home the best score for the Bulldogs as she placed herself in a tie with M.J. Nogay (Presbyterian) for 44th overall.
 
Kellie Anderson (82-84—166, +22) was one stroke behind her teammate as she wrapped up the event in 46th. Joining her among top 50 finishers was Cameron Little (85-82—167, +23) who capped off the event in a five-way tie for 48th.
 
Renata Sucha (93-86—181, +37) and Laura Simpson (122-115—237, +93) rounded out The Citadel's scorecard as it heads into the Southern Conference Tournament on April 12-14th in Savannah, Ga.
 
Princeton (309-309—618, +42) captured the overall team title by virtue of a rules tiebreaker with Wofford. Meanwhile, Savannah College of Art & Design (313-308—621, +45) finished in third.
 
The individual crown was shared by Solia Molinaro (SCA&D) and Jordan Lippetz (Princeton) who fired a 146 to finish two-over-par. Third went to Wofford's Lauren Dunbar who finished four shots off the pace.
